My deli sandwich had HOT meat - ewww - which they replaced with cold meat. No condiments offered - no time to walk back and get them, so I'll eat my dry, overpriced sandwich, and make sure to not eat there again.
Would be nice if during the morning breakfast rush the employees would pause their music and put down their phones.
