Enough about the aesthetics, lets talk personnel. The women at check in was very polite and helpful. We were in the exam room minutes before our appointment time. The Hygienist was extreme friendly and help put our daughter and me at ease. Our daughter was not keen on the idea of someone other than me touching her mouth. Dr Chad was so sweet, kind, positive and patient. Our daughter liked him, when he wasn't trying to examine her.
It was our 2 year old's first visit to the dentist. The office was easy to find and the parking lot was immaculate. The entryway was spacious, covered and decorated with potted plants that the staff take care of. the door opens into the waiting area with the check-in desk to the right. There was an impressive wall mounted TV above a fireplace (I think). There was a self service coffee station with a Keurig machine. The children's corner was cute and well stocked for fun with a table, book and crayons. The exam room was state-of-the-art new and comfortable for the small space.
This is the best dentist to go to. The whole staff is always smiling and friendly. Dr Natalie is awesome, I wouldn't change dentist for anything
Excellent service, very friendly and efficient. Been a customer for years and never had a complaint. If you are looking for a dentist, this is the place to go. My whole family share the same thoughts as I do.
We will be back in 6 months to try again and my husband and I both have appointments in the near future. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice for everyone.
Absolutely incredible experience. I was in terrible pain and Dr. Chad made me feel like I was his only patient. Even called to check in on me a couple of days later. An amazing staff.
Very nice and professional. My 9 year old is sad he doesn't have to come back for 6 months
