Very personal, home town service!
I called the owner Bill, who just wanted to complain about how the internet has caused his business so many problems. He still didn't try to help me in anyway. I explained his website didn't say any of this or I would of done it. The best he could do was say too bad, he didn't have any problems until the internet came along.
I called from out of town to have flowers delivered for a newborn little girl. All I gave the woman was a dollar amount. They were beautiful!
I get an email this morning that says they don't have these flowers, they don't have this vase and by the way there is a minimum order amount and an extra delivery fee.
I wanted to give my mom a surprise after her work—so I decided to come by to this florist. It was an amazing experience! The flowers were so perfect, especially when they put the accessories. Thank you!
