was told that I would receive my furniture at 3pm it's 3:44pm. i had plans today nd i have to cancel .... added to post its after 6pm still no furniture

I got furniture here I was not so satisfied. I bought a dinning room set , bed room set , in table's an sofa an love seat . ms Theressa who works there told me since I bought so much an payed the same day ,she was going to throw the chest peace to the furniture in for free , then she charged me for it . When I did realize what she did she tried to argue me that she never said anything about free , when I had two other witnesses that heard her say the same thing but it got takin care of.
They intentionally hide their televised deals. $398 love seat and sofa combination was being advertised and in the store I was told not to ask for that. Another employee read the deal off his clip board and then did not discuss it any further. Bait and switch company. They also have sectionals being displayed without all the pieces, which is a dumb business strategy. Avoid this place. Furniture is not marked down more or better quality here when compared to the local Big Lots or Menards.
