Prices are fair market. Staff was sparse.
Completely turned the store upside down over the last year and I don't believe they have what they did before. Management has never been strong here. Pretty bad when you right a check for a part they insist that is the right one and it's not and you end up getting a different one and it's cheaper than the first. Then you are forced to spend the difference on a card. Not good business sense for my pocket book. Now I see why I only shop there when I have to.
Went to get tire fixed and waited for about an hour. Other then that the staff was friendly & helpful. They also have assorted items in store and is the place to go when shopping for toys on xmas
Used to take all my tires there to be mounted with no problem, but in the last few years they started jerking me around in the service department. On my last visit, I made an appointment, then after I arrived and dropped off the work they just sat on it for over an hour. Eventually I left, and after several hours they called and said the 30-minute job was finally done. When I arrived to pick up my wheels, they informed that they had destroyed my $300 tire pressure monitoring system and refused to reimburse me for it. Not much of an apology either. I told them that I had warned them to be careful of the wheel monitors, they said they had forgot.
