My sister and I went to get my ring sized because we had both inherited lots of gold rings from our aunt who had recently passed. We went into the store and all was well. We were almost to riverton when Perry the owner called us. Three times. He called to say that the repair has been voided and he didn't want business with my sister anymore. They thought the ring was for her. It wasn't. We rushed back there after my sister called Kelly (the owners wife) and she handled the situation quite well (besides picking up the phone with a bit of attitude) This situation can go on but I'm stopping here. They did indeed overcharge us.(my sister recently working behind the jewelry counter there) but all in all the pure pettiness of the owner lost a lot of business including myself, my family, and my friends.

Long story short: if this doesn't tell you anything about how they treat prior employees. It should enlighten you on how they run purely off of emotion. It truly surprised me considering I've never seen such a money hungry man like Perry turn down money

The gun dept is great rick and lana are always helpful. I have bought 3 firearms there and have sold and pawned there mostly good experience, although every time I have went in to pawn or sell I always get told that the item isn't doing well (on ebay) and get low balled I feel using ebay as their only reference is not fair. In one particular instance I pawned a line 6 spider 3 30 amp guitar amplifier they find the lowest ebay price and then lower that an amplifier is heavy and shipping on ebay is usually $30-$40 and everyone knows when you buy something on ebay you take the shipping cost into consideration on a heavy item for sure, they refuse to acknowledge this and offer $25 on an amp worth $80-$90. I know they need to make a profit but not 70% or more I got them up to $35 but got attitude from the guy for even trying to get a more fair price. I'm giving 5 stars based on the gun dept.

My family has been coming here for jewelry repair throughout the years so when I needed some extensions in my watch, it was a no-brainer! Always a good experience.

If there was an option to leave zero stars, this would be the time it would be used! My family and I generally support small Local businesses. However after this interaction I wouldn't give this place any business, even if it was my last option. After my aunt passed, my sister and I inherited many gold rings. I had worked there for a year plus, I figured since knew the jewelers personally, I know they do a great job. I figured hmm why not take my sister there to get her ring sized vs somewhere else who would just send off the ring to be sized. So with that being said I took my sister there to get her ring sized. All in all the actual visit in the store SEEMED to go fine. Stephanie typed up the repair, rushing through it like she always has. She didn't even bother to ask if my sister was going to pay in full or even put a deposit down. Although she did get salty when I called her out for over charging the repair. (I worked the jewelry counter I knew what it was going to be for the sizing) but we didn't complain. My sister paid over half down for the repair and we went on about our day. Now mind you, when I left with this company I didn't leave on the greatest terms. I was terminated without reason so I told a few people what I really thought about them including the "manager" Jenny. During this transaction Jenny ran away from the jewelry counter as quick as she could. She left Stephanie by herself with a line of customers and refused to come back and help the other customers, until my sister and I left the store. Jenny also took it upon herself to step out the back door and call Perry (the "owner") and make an unnecessary scene of what could have been a simple repair! We left the money and the ring entrusting them to size it and kept it moving. Maybe a half hour later, once the store is CLOSED and we're almost to Riverton... Perry had the nerve to call me not one time blocked, but three times (like I don't still have his number

Excellent place to come to & the class of this place & there employees were awesome! Shopping last minute wedding sets was getting to be stressful on us. My fiancé went in on a late Saturday afternoon Christine had waited on him showed him some beautiful sets of wedding rings & came home with the most prettiest one ever! I too went in for sizing of his band to pick up & met her & I gotta say it's like we known each other for years but only just met. She is a asset to this company & we both just loved her!! Defiantly, will be back!! Thank you again from the Knotts family

So with all that being said : Perry I hope YOU have a great life
