Clean and friendly
I dropped my curtains off to be dry cleaned. And when, I went to pick them up, they were still dirty. And also they ripped half of them. The employee's were very rude, and told me I brought them in ripped. So I talked to the owner, and she told me she isn't paying for the damages. After 3 weeks of not having my curtains on my wall, they called and told me to pick up my curtains. So I ended up leaving with ripped and (dirty) curtains. I'm very irritated, and lost for words!!
My personal washer was on the fritz. I did a bundle drop off at the Eldorado Street facility for the first time. Ms. Yolanda was very welcoming and helpful. She did a great job. I would do this again as needed and I recommend it to others.
