At closing of my property, it was said I hired this agency. I have had the same lawyer for at least 4 years. The closing I was charged for services rendered. This the title company itself and the Bank would take care of the mortage at no charges and I paid for the buyers agent. Question who hired the lawyer if it wasn't me. I was charged over 7,ooo for all expenses of my closing. I paid over 7, thousand for closing costs. This is information of my experience the rest is your conclusion of the matter.
When I went to their office to pick up our files they were not accountable or appologetic. I was told that I was not their number one client and they did not have the time to do what they were hired to do. I would have accepted that explanation prior to hiring them and depending on them to handle our legal matters however after the fact it has cost my company a lot of time, money and disruption.
My experience with this firm was terrible. They did not communicate well during the process, their staff was rude and they dropped the ball on what they were retained to do which ended up delaying a real estate closing and a bank re-finance. During that same time frame they were hired to represent us in a business legal matter and missed the deadline to file a lein which resulted us in losing our lien rights.
