The food here is very subpar, unless it’s 50 cent corn dog day. Any other day the food is not warm and it’s pretty nasty. The drinks are great and are basically all that I go to Sonic for. The workers seem pretty incompetent and they can never seem to repeat the order back to you correctly.
The family in general is big into Sonic, so we were happy to be here from the start. Once everyone figured out what they wanted, ordering over the speaker was quick and easy, and with a swipe of the card, we anxiously awaited our lunch. What REALLY made this visit memorable was our server/car-hop. The receipt says Morgan, and that seems right, but she was the happiest, most upbeat, helpful server I've ever had at any type of restaurant. All five of us were very impressed and look forward to returning!
They have a wide-selection of good drinks and food! I definitely recommend going there if you're just needing a little something to eat. But the service is a little slow and it does take a while especially if there are a few people. But it is worth the wait!
Seems at though the staff here are incompetent. Even when they're slow with next to no customers, they cannot get an order right. In the 3 times I've came to this particular sonic, they've never gotten my order correct. The food is always cold or tastes as though it's been sitting out a while. Not impressed at all. If I ever eat sonic again, it will be at the Springfield locations.
I am highly disappointed with Sonic in Decatur Illinois me and my lovely friend was having a craving and drove from Harristown after Googling that they would be open till 12 arriving at 10:30 they were closed so I wasted time energy and gas driving from Harristown 30 minutes away almost to not get served delicious food from Sonic with no explanation of why they're closed as well as having to drive home 30 more minutes to end up with Burger King which by the way the service at Burger King was very awesomeness and got served with hot fresh food just had to do vent real quick just saying cuz I was very disappointed
