The service is great. The vet techs and vet doctors were friendly, caring and professional. They were very good about addressing my concerns about my pet. If you love your pet, I recommend that you take it to Northgate Pet Clinic.
Wonderful vet for my rats. I drive all the way from Springfield for them, and it's worth the extra time. :)

They saw my cat on referral emergency and I could not be more pleased. Not only did they take care of my cat, but gave me the most amazing experience as a pet owner. The staff went above and beyond and Dr. Baker was great. The other Dr. Baker was pretty cool too. I wish I could remember the names of all the staff who helped, but they were all great. Thank you to all for taking care of my furbaby.
Such an amazing and wonderful place. The facility is clean and beautiful. Everyone who works here is incredibly kind, professional, helpful, earnest, and they treat your pet like their own. I was overwhelmed by how genuinely helpful and genial the entire staff is. They provide you with estimates throughout the visit, keeping you informed of your costs that day and to help you prepare for future visits.
