DONT DO IT PERIOD!!Let me start of saying about round two at this crazy place!!! Couldn't get a hold of Shelly for some odd reason after she lied!!Everytime I called the phone went click and I got disconnected,I guess she knew she got caught in her lie and couldn't face me !!damn cowards!! Then what they will do is push you off on jd byryder ,I didn't come to jd byryder I came to bob Brady damn fools!! Then they send you a email asking you to refer friends and family to them,I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy or a dead persons sprit to them in the afterlife to come to that dealership!!I've seen more people walking out the door mad as hell then driving a car!!First got a call from Shelly at BOB BRADY saying your approved for up to 25,000, just bring your id,paycheck stubs,and piece of mail for proof of residency and the first lie"we will not waste your time "we will get you approved " "don't worry we have money down programs "(Mainly if you got excellent credit usually) just for you"blah blah blah!!!drove from Springfield over there and was told I needed a co -signer!!Telling me days ago we have a pre authorization form here ,just pick your car,they are liars,and crooks!!I asked Shelly am I dealing only with you directly she said yes,well I got there and they sent out Kate which was very nice ,but I asked for Shelly ,not Kate !!So they sent Kate out to do the dirty work .to tell me after doing my paperwork your not approved!!!They lie and say we have lenders on hand,NO they don't !!!lenders do not sit at dealerships all day everyday!!Ill never go back there and encourage other people to go to someone else and get a better deal.ive learned that with all those tactics you have to remember,they may have online information about you but they don't have any real information on you untill you get there with your paperwork,they know nothing about your credit beforehand,so they run it when you get there,so how can you even approve me when you don't even know anything about me or my credit score or who is going to approve me?THEY DONT!!So to make a long story short called my good friend at a used car dealership way down in Belleville on my way leaving Decatur and I ran down there to check out the car .I bought a car from him back some years ago and I'll be driving in a few days!!its not a new car but I've been treated there good and the car I got now still runs good after 5years with very few minor problems,but I would rather deal with a buy here pay here than these crooks!!I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE GO TO GREEN IN SPRINGFIELD,IL MY first time with bob Brady they did the same thing and I took a day off to work to drive there for them to tell me I need 3500 down,left that same day went to GREEN in Springfield and got a car with just 1,000 down but at least they didn't lie and say I was approved and had me come for nothing!!If they call and tell you we have lenders on hand,THEY DONT!!If they say your pre- approved YOUR NOT!! If they say no money down!!WONT HAPPEN!!Dont buy the hype stay well clear!!!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!Iwould take a chance at someone selling me ocean front property in Kansas!!lol YOU HAVE A BETTER CHANCE ON WINNING THE LOTTERY THAN GETTING A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!
This was our best experience for service we have ever had. Traveling with our RV we broke down. Had to be towed to the dealer on a late Friday afternoon. We stayed at a motel next door over the weekend. On Monday morning the mechanic repaired our Dodge Ram and we were on the road before noon. He explained the repair and showed us the part failure.
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in October 2015. The sales process was nice and everyone was friendly and I was happy with my Jeep. However, sadly I had an accident and the vehicle was a total loss. I had insurance. That was not an issue. And I had GAP insurance that the dealership offered and I accepted. However, I had some things that GAP required me to do. I had to have extended warranty cancelled and reimbursed back and the extended service plan cancelled. They did that without any hesitation. But GAP wanted the MSRP price (sticker price estimate). Well I didn't realize that they wanted a dealer's invoice so the guy who got me some more documentation on the loan agreement and alike documents just wrote the price down on a piece of sticky note paper. I found out later GAP needed the dealer's invoice document. I called for WEEKS and left messages because I live 45 minutes from this dealership and never heard back. Usually sent to the same guy every time I called. I would leave a voicemail. No call back. It is a simple document I was requesting. So I called this week and asked if there was someone different who I could ask for this document from. I got their voicemail. I never heard back. I have already replaced my vehicle by this point and Bob Brady is aware of that so it's almost like since I'm not bringing any revenue to their table they just drop the post-sales customer service and leave me at the way side. The fact I had to go to Bob Brady's website and put in WRITING my displeasure with being ignored and having to call all the time and I don't want to have to drive 45 minutes for a document is sad. And the fact that that is what it took for me to actually finally get the dealer's invoice I was requesting so I could close the GAP claim is why I am rating 1 star. They will be fantastic when you buy the car but the post-sales customer service if you are not bringing them revenue is horrid. They really dropped the ball and I'm glad I got my replacement vehicle elsewhere and I don't think I'll ever purchase from them again based on how they treated me during a situation I had never been in before (clearing a total loss). Hope this will not be the case for others but at least the glass window is open for you to see how they are post-sale as well.

Can't even get past the the little snot working the phone when you call in. She wants to ask 20 questions not realizing others are runnin on their time not here. You call to ask for the Finance Manager Jennifer and that's what you get. A rude, inconsiderate gurl who.has not issue deliberately hanging up on you. Then doesntt bother to answer when you call back 5 times..
