Terrible service. If I could give zero stars I would. I would rather stick to public transportation than to get a car from this business again. I will be VERY happy once I am off their lease. If you want to avoid weekly payments, and threats of repossession after a late payment of ONLY three days--save your money, fix your credit, and go to a legitimate dealership. $500+ a month for a 10 year old car?? Ridiculous.
The integrity of a business should be a top priority I would think.Ideal is absolutely shameless.sold my wife and I an '10 impala 2 yrs ago.its broken down 5x. Transmission,fuel pump,electrical problems,on and on.we were late 2 days on payment & they threatened to repo car.2 yrs never late.POOR...POOR excuse for a LEGITIMATE business.DONT GO TO IDEAL!!!?
