My computer tower wasn't recognizing my tv monitor for some reason when hooking everything back up after rearranging my room.. I took the tower in at Decatur Computer Inc to have it looked at and not only was Chad very helpful and fast at diagnosing the problem, he didn't even charge me anything even after me offering a couple of times. I'm definitely glad that I came here first, the service was fast and effective.. I personally would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
Went in a while ago to have an extremely old hard drive looked at. They offered 3 different solutions and quoted prices before I accepted. Since they were slow, they took a look at it right then and after about 15 minutes of testing determined the drive was completely bad and unrepairable. I suspected this, but thanked them for their time. They even said that since there was no way to do anything, they wouldn't charge me for the diagnostic! Very professional and fair, would recommend for any solution.
