Waited for several hours before being seen. Communication between doctors and staff is virtually nonexistent. Overall logistics of patient care needs severely overhauled.
I had surgery done at DMH and the experience was average. But it was during a follow up with my "DMH-based physician" that I learned that DMH charges an additional $50 facility fee merely to walk into their medical building.... feels like theft to me, so I rate them as low as I can.
I just had a colon resection because of cancer and every thing went great. I couldn't have gotten any better than I got. All the people that attended me always asked if there was anything I needed.

My husband came in to the ER diagnosed recently of Diabetes. It has been a great experience from the Er to the OR to the ICU and to the floor unit. We have had great nurses all the way through. Ryan in the ER, John & Courtney in the ICU, & Olga & Esther on the regular floor where all absolutely wonderful!!. Even the cafeteria staff have been so very sweet. We have been blessed by the staff at DMH!! Thanks DMH for being lovely during a very stressful situation for us!! ☺️
