The actual incarnation of "You had ONE JOB." Never have I seen such utter carelessness and lack of concern for accuracy, efficiency or effectiveness. Still waiting for claims to be covered almost a year and a half after the claim date. Seriously. Railroad employees deserve much better than an "association" of people who sit around all day, never return calls (and no, we were not impolite or rude), take an hour at lunch (and turn the phones off) and leave at 4:30. It would be laughable when compared to the work of the people THEY'RE PAID TO SERVE, but it really isn't. It's just pathetic.
